Qualifications

• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with 6400 regulations essential.
• Master’s degree with 1 year experience with developmental disabilities or Bachelor's with 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety and well-being of individuals in a residential setting.
• Supervise activities according to individual IP.
• Coordinate responsibilities of Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Skills
