Qualifications

• Experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
• Ability to monitor and schedule trainings, fiscal documentation, and health needs.
• Skilled in building community networks and preparing progress reports.

Responsibilities

• Complete staff evaluations and monitor residential budgets.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
• Assist in maintaining consumer finances and monitor health needs.
• Serve as an active member of an individuals’ Inter-Disciplinary Team.
