Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Program Specialist!

Program and Operations support staff ensure the smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally, while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. This role will support our CenterPoint Energy Efficiency Programs to ensure the execution of normal program functions, including qualifying customers for program participation, responding to inquiries from customers, program partners, and trade allies, producing monthly and ad-hoc reports, and other duties as assigned.

• Oversee projects and communicate between teams to ensure timely completion
• Review project documentation, reports, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and completion
• Enter, modify, and track data via multiple web-based applications
• Perform intermediate-level calculations and analysis in Microsoft Excel
• Assemble client and/or internal deliverables and respond to client requests, including creating monthly and other program reports for clients
• Address customer satisfaction concerns and resolve any issues
• Manage inventory and distribution of energy-saving devices
• Troubleshoot problems, find and implement solutions
• Oversee timelines, address system functionality, and drive process improvements
