Job Description

Oracle Health Foundation is seeking a Specialist to assist with Oracle Health Foundation’s pediatric grants.

The Oracle Health Foundation believes that every child deserves access to essential healthcare, regardless of their circumstances. We are dedicated to creating a world where this belief becomes a reality. Our initiatives include providing global pediatric grants for medical treatment, travel for care, and necessary equipment. Additionally, we conduct health and wellness screenings in Kansas City elementary schools to identify potential health concerns early, before they become future problems.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our Pediatric Grants Program. This remote administrative role involves data management, reporting, and supporting daily program operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Pull, review, and analyze grant applications from the grant system to determine whether or not they meet eligibility and documentation requirements set by the foundation team.
  • Use Excel for tracking, organizing, and reporting program data.
  • Support routine program operations, including application processing and documentation.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Assist with scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with applicants via phone and email, answering questions about the grant application process and providing application status updates.
Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in project support, data analysis, or business operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Non-Profit Management.
  • Experience in social work, clinical settings, or insurance is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and adapting to change.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, data management, and supporting impactful programs.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $24.62 to $48.03 per hour; from: $51,200 to $99,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
