The Program Specialist assists with the coordination, implementation, and supervision of recreational activities and events. This position is responsible for supervising full-time and part-time Activity Instructors, as well as volunteers. Must be able to maintain records, conduct light housekeeping, utilize computer skills, and operate vehicles and equipment safely. Must be able to assist with the supervision of part-time recreation staff and volunteers. Must be available to work days and some evenings and weekends. Schedule may vary depending on Daylight Saving Time adjustments.
