The Program Specialist will build and sustain a supportivecommunity for students in recovery, fostering connection, purpose,and belonging. This role develops the Recovery Living and LearningCommunity (LLC) through research, planning, and collaboration,ensuring alignment with SAMHSA’s pillars of Health, Home, Purpose,and Community. Key responsibilities include designing the programframework and curriculum, cultivating campus and communitypartnerships, guiding resident selection, and monitoring studentengagement and accountability within the LLC. Over time, thespecialist will assess and enhance the program to meet the evolvingneeds of students in recovery.
Reports directly to the Associate Director of Residence Life andResidential Education with secondary supervision by the Director ofWell-being and Area Coordinator of Programing with StudentHousing.

The hourly rate is $20/ hour
