Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience required.

• Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with healthcare data, analytics platforms, or SaaS solutions preferred.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools to support research, analysis, or deliverable development.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and growth of the Reveal platform by coordinating opportunities and business initiatives.
• Communicate Reveal data, analytics, and platform functionality to demonstrate value to clients and suppliers.
• Build relationships with clients to support satisfaction, retention, and ongoing engagement.
• Lead business reviews, training, and ongoing support.
• Manage program activities, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, risks, and client communications.
• Monitor program performance and KPIs, prepare updates, and identify risks or opportunities requiring action.
• Translate data, analytics, and platform capabilities into actionable insights that support client and supplier decision-making.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to communicate user needs and support reporting and dashboards.
