The State of Arizona seeks a Program Services Evaluator 2 for the Office of Support Services in Tucson to review and process service approvals for AFF, CSPT, parenting time, FC, NPP, SENSE, and more. You will collaborate with providers, field staff, and the Payments Unit to ensure accurate records in Guardian.

Requirements include a high school diploma, ability to secure clearance, a valid AZ driver’s license, and proficiency with Guardian/Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to secure and maintain clearance from DCS Central Registry.
• A valid Arizona driver’s license is required.
• All newly hired State employees must complete E-Verify.

Responsabilités

• Reviews and processes service approval requests for multiple DCS services to ensure accurate matching and timely closure.
• Provides assistance to field staff, supervisors, and service providers via in person, phone, or email communication.
• Monitors and maintains the Referral Unit Mailbox to route questions/issues appropriately.
• Maintains and tracks assignments and service approvals to ensure timely processing and follow-up.
• Assists the payment processing unit with updating service approvals to resolve billing issues.
• Initiates weekly communications with service providers to obtain availability and handle waitlists.
