Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Program Security Officer (PSO) to provide security support for a dynamic U.S. Government organization. The PSO will leverage expertise in physical, personnel, information systems, and industrial security to protect sensitive information and assets.

Candidates must have prior SCIF, ASO, and overseas/OCONUS security experience, be willing to travel 50%+, and hold a current TS/SCI with Polygraph. Bachelor's degree and 8–12 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior PSO responsibilities and related security expertise.
• SCIF security experience required for on-site work.
• Overseas/OCONUS security experience in international or remote locations.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security plans across multiple disciplines.
• Conduct security assessments at domestic and international sites.
• Coordinate security for classified activities per ICD 705, NISPOM, DoD/State standards.
• Assist with development and execution of program security documentation.
• Monitor corrective actions and report security matters to staff.
• Train and support domestic locations when not abroad.
