Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting classified programs, conducting security inspections or compliance reviews.
• Ability to research security requirements, set priorities, and escalate as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to interface with leadership, customers, and government reps.
• Identify security risks and exercise sound judgment in decision making.
• Knowledge of NISPOM, ICDs, DISS, SIMS, and DD Form 254 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer security operations for assigned classified programs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and update internal security policies and SOPs.
• Manage access authorizations, visit certifications, and classified material accountability.
• Provide security guidance to program management, customers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and improve security processes; support government assessments and briefings.
