Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with seven years of industrial security experience.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks and meet targets.
• Experience conducting security briefings/debriefings and explaining security processes clearly.
• Experience implementing multiple security disciplines: Personnel, Physical, Operations Security.
• Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of employees, management and customers.
• Must possess a current U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated program security support on assigned classified contracts, including personnel and physical security for personnel, spaces, and activities.
• Ensure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, DoDM 5205.07, and DD-254s.
• Advise the Contractor Program Manager on security initiatives and issues affecting operations.
• Assist in preparing security plans and CONOPS for movement, transport, storage and handling of classified information and hardware.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive security program combining multiple security disciplines.
• Coordinate with the government customer to develop and deliver Transportation Security Plans for secure material movement.
• Report and investigate security incidents and recommend mitigations to leadership.
• Develop and administer OPSEC and Program Protection planning per regulations.
• Interpret Security Classification Guidance for assigned programs.
