Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Program Security Manager to provide embedded security support for a fast-paced, multi-level classified program. You will interpret requirements under 32 CFR Part 117 and DoDM 5205.07, collaborate with the program team, and apply government policies to protect information and hardware.

The role requires a self-motivated candidate with experience across personnel, physical, communications and operations security disciplines, able to work in an in-house office

Qualifications

• High school diploma and seven years of industrial security-related experience.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Experience with conducting security briefings and debriefings.
• Experience implementing multiple security disciplines (Personnel, Physical, Communications, Operations).
• Ability to communicate professionally and clearly both orally and in writing.
• Anduril is an in-person office environment.
• Must possess a current U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated program security support on assigned classified contracts, including personnel and physical security initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, DoDM 5205.07, and customer-specific requirements across multiple DD-254s.
• Advise the Contractor Program Manager on security-related initiatives impacting operations.
• Assist in preparing security plans and CONOPs for movement, transport, storage and operation of classified information and hardware.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive security program across multiple security disciplines.
• Deliver security education topics to program personnel in coordination with the security education manager.
• Report and investigate security incidents and recommend mitigations to leadership.
• Coordinate OPSEC and Program Protection planning to meet government and company regulations.
• Arrange and coordinate classified meetings with vendors and program hosts.
