Applitrack in New Oxford, PA, is seeking a Program Secretary for Educational Services to support the Supervisor and program staff in achieving program goals and coordinating professional development initiatives across the division for districts, schools, staff, and students.
The role requires a high school diploma and at least 5 years of secretarial experience, with knowledge of budgeting, fiscal procedures, and administration. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite is essential.
Educational Services
To support the Supervisor and program staff to achieve the goals of assigned programs and to assist with the coordination of the Department's professional development programs and other initiatives of the Division designed to serve districts, schools, their staff, and students.

Full-time, 260 days - Year Round
$24.16 per hour, plus excellent benefits.
