Job Overview:
AIM Consulting Services is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Program Scheduler to join our elite project management team. In this high-impact role, you will develop, maintain, and optimize program schedules for complex construction projects, including large-scale educational and public works. The ideal candidate is a master of Primavera software, skilled in both Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build environments, and thrives in fast-paced, multi-project settings.   • Create and manage program schedules for diverse construction projects, integrating milestones, logic, constraints, and resource requirements.
  • Engage directly with project teams to ensure timely, accurate schedule updates and perform QA/QC on submitted data.
  • Apply industry best practices in schedule management, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling issues.
  • Generate conceptual 'what-if' schedules to support scenario planning for complex, multi-year initiatives.
  • Deliver comprehensive reports and analyses to support leadership decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Required Experience:
    • 6+ years of full-time professional scheduling experience with an Owner or General Contractor.
    • Experience across educational or public works projects is strongly preferred.
    • Proficiency in Primavera P6 (v19.12 or newer) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Familiarity with Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build delivery methods.
    • Strong ability to foster effective collaboration with diverse project teams.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Required Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management from an accredited institution.
