Base pay range

$145,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  1. Develops and maintains program schedules, identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for various construction projects.
  2. Monitors and participates in project scheduling issues, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  3. Obtains and QA/QC updates from project teams.
  4. Creates conceptual schedules for multiple project types, including large, complex, multi-year projects.
  5. Prepares reports and analyses as directed by management.
Qualifications
  • Six (6) years of full-time professional experience in Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably with educational facilities or public works projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera 19.12 or above and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build project delivery methods.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with project teams and staff.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management from a recognized college or university.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
