Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and minimum 2 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform schedule analysis for assigned programs.
• Ensure major projects and program schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of MS Project or similar scheduling tools.
• Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and identify critical path and network logic conflicts.
• Use Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management to gauge progress and identify variances.
• Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.
• May lead or participate in scheduling status reviews.
• Communicate with contacts inside and outside own team to explain processes and procedures.
• Explain and interpret operational processes to others in the organization.
• Ability to obtain US Government security clearance.
