RIHousing seeks a Program Representative to administer HUD rental subsidy contracts and ensure timely, compliant processing within the Asset Management team in Providence, RI. You will handle subsidies, rent adjustments, inspections, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.

The role requires at least five years in property management, strong communication, and bilingual ability (Spanish/Portuguese preferred).

Qualifications

• Five years of property management or related housing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsabilités

• Administer HUD rental subsidy contracts and ensure regulatory compliance file audits and timely monthly payments.
• Process approximately 200 annual rent adjustments across portfolios.
• Understand HUD Section 8 compliance requirements.
• Handle vacancy/unpaid rent, special claims, and reserve withdrawals including inspections.
• Provide tenant concerns coverage and resolve health and safety issues; assist with reporting requirements.
• Support special reporting for PBCA, LIHTC, and ancillary portfolios using HDS/Prolink.
