Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational needs of the programs assigned.
• Handle order expedites and provide updates.
• Issue escalations to Program Manager as needed.
• Support monthly reviews with metrics and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and efficiencies.
• Support program risk management activities.
• Develop process improvements and ensure delivery first-time right.

Purpose:

At DASI, the Program Representative will be tasked to ensure the day-to-day operation of the program between DASI and its partners. The Program Representative will be responsible for issuing, coordinating, and managing purchase orders, as well as all steps of the process, ensuring parts get delivered to customers right first time within the agreed lead-time. The Program Representative will serve as the lead point of contact for the day-to‑day account management matters.

Key accountabilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operational needs of the programs assigned.
