Job summary

DASI, a global aircraft parts and marketplace company, seeks a Program Representative to ensure day-to-day operations between DASI and its partners in Miami. You will issue and coordinate purchase orders, manage deliveries to customers, and serve as the lead contact for account management.

The role requires strong communication, data handling and ERP proficiency, with a focus on KPIs, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a fast-growing online marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement processes.
• Project or program experience is beneficial.
• Purchasing experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with aircraft parts and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational needs of the programs assigned.
• Handle order expedites and provide updates.
• Issue escalations to Program Manager as needed.
• Support monthly reviews with metrics and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and efficiencies.
• Support program risk management activities.
• Develop process improvements and ensure delivery first-time right.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
