Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a dedicated Program Quality Coordinator to ensure compliance, coordinate with Directors, and deliver person-centered supports across assigned programs. You will work with the Program Director, Area director, and State Director to provide seamless quality service.

The role emphasizes incident reviews, site audits, medication/documentation checks, and training in regulatory areas, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field.
  • 2 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential or day program setting.
  • Prior experience in managing and supervising services for persons with developmental disabilities is required.
  • Must be responsible, mature, flexible and have good decision-making time management and communication skills.
  • Valid Driver's License (due to transporting persons served) and potentially own vehicle/auto-liability insurance.
  • A successful background clearance is required as part of onboarding.
  • Good communication is key; you will document care and follow support plans with the team.

Schedule: $65,000.00

Starting Pay: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Description

TheProgram Quality Coordinatorin this position must be knowledgeable and up to date on rules and regulations affecting their assigned programs, and must work closely with and maintain

excellent communication with the Program Director, Area director and State Director as part of a team approach to providing seamless quality service.
