Dungarvin in New Jersey is seeking a Program Director to oversee residential and day programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role blends direct care and supervision to provide high-quality, person-centered supports.
You will manage staff, coordinate operations, monitor goals and budgets, and collaborate with diverse teams. A bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of management experience are preferred, with an on-call schedule including weekends.

Salary: Starting at $67,000
As the Program Director you will have oversight and be responsible for coordinating and managing the overall assigned program or programs (residential and/or day program) in relation to individuals with developmental disabilities (IDD). This position is a mixture of both direct care and supervisory duties.
Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to be on call when needed. This includes weekends and odd hours.
