Job summary

Staples Promotional Products, a division of Staples, is seeking an Account Support role to coordinate managed-program implementations and communicate project requirements. You will work with the Account Solutions Manager and internal teams to ensure programs launch and operate smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in account support or related fields, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience in account support, project management, merchandising, program development, marketing, or a related business area.
• Strong written and verbal business communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams, external stakeholders, and support functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, organize details, meet deadlines, and apply strong project management practices.
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Formal project management training is desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the tactical details that help managed programs launch and operate successfully, while gaining visibility into strategic aspects of the business.
• Support Account Services Managers in maintaining client relationships and partnering with the field sales organization and internal account teams.
• Help develop and execute program and client collateral, web initiatives, site-sale preparation, and kitting fulfillment projects.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and strong communication across the department and the support teams you work with.
