IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• IT Project Management – Oversee and drive IT projects to successful completion, ensuring development tasks are executed efficiently.
• Collaboration with Developers – Work closely with software development teams to align project goals and deliverables.
• Project Organization & Scheduling – Utilize tools such as SDLC, Jira, and Confluence to structure workflows and maintain project timelines.
• Agile Implementation – Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and streamline development processes.
• Audit & Compliance – Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Change Management – Oversee transition processes to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
• Technical Oversight – Apply coding principles to support project development and maintain technical integrity.
• Process Optimization – Leverage Agile SDLC and traditional SDLC frameworks to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
