Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking AI Manager to lead the transformation of a traditionally run company into a modern, AI-integrated organization. This is a strategic role ideal for someone who is passionate about innovation and capable of designing and implementing scalable AI solutions across multiple departments. You’ll be working directly with departmental project managers to assess needs, identify opportunities, and lead the transition to automation and intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Roadmap Development: Design and implement a multi-year strategy to transition the organization from legacy workflows to AI-driven operations.
• Departmental Collaboration: Work with Project Managers across departments (e.g., Operations, PMO) to identify inefficiencies and AI opportunities.
• Technology Assessment: Evaluate current systems and processes, and identify where AI tools can increase productivity, accuracy, and scalability.
• AI Tool Implementation: Research, recommend, and deploy AI tools, platforms, and frameworks (e.g., NLP, computer vision, RPA, predictive analytics).
• Training & Change Management: Develop training resources and support internal teams through the adoption of AI technologies.
• Process Automation: Lead the implementation of AI-powered automations to reduce manual workload and streamline operations.
• Scorecard Development: Create and manage a progress scorecard to track the transformation journey from legacy systems to modern AI infrastructure.
• Resource Optimization: Work within a lean team structure and limited budget to deliver impactful results.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions in real-world settings, preferably in operationally mature but technologically lagging environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their business applications, including open-source and cost-effective tools.
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations, product, and technology teams.
• Ability to lead transformation projects with minimal resources and strong stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to balance innovation with practicality.
• Self-starter with strong communication, planning, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working on AI-driven initiatives.
• Familiarity with tools like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, etc.
• Experience in remote work and digital collaboration environments.
