Job summary

Ataero is seeking a Senior Program/Project/Management Analyst to serve as a Fleet F-16 Adversary liaison supporting a government customer in Fallon, Nevada. This on-site, full-time (contingent contract) role collaborates with Navy/NAVAIR PMAs, fleet squadrons, and training sites to shape acquisition, transition, sustainment, and long-range adversary aviation requirements.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and extensive military aviation experience, with a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required.
Extensive military aviation, acquisition, sustainment, or program-management experience.
Strong ability to coordinate across Government, military, fleet, and contractor organizations.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison with Fleet F-16 Adversary squadrons and training sites.
Coordinate and interface with Fleet points of contact to identify and refine requirements.
Lead actions associated with F-16 acquisition and transition.
Support site activation and pilot-training requirements.
Coordinate non-USAF system-development activities.
Support manpower and Contractor Logistics Support requirements.
Analyze program requirements, status, budgets, and schedules.
Develop F-16 adversary system roadmaps.
