Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking a Production / Purchasing Support to aid Shipping and Administrative workflows, interfacing with Outside Processors to improve throughput and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes cert handling, PO creation, and document control, with emphasis on clerical accuracy and cross-functional collaboration. A HS diploma and basic PC skills are required; AS 400 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; pre-employment assessment if not possessed.
• Strong Excel, Word and Access skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Typing at least 30 wpm and data entry around 4000 keystrokes.

Responsibilities

• Receive certs from vendors, copy, pull work orders.
• Scan documents into OnBase and attach to work orders.
• Verify outside processes and document on work orders.
• Assist with PO processing flow within the team.
• Write purchase orders for subcontract/outside processing as needed.
• All duties assigned by Supervisor or management.
