Job description

The Program Production Supervisor will work with the Operations Team and Program Manager to launch and maintain a modular building program. The ideal candidate will be an assertive team leader with extensive construction experience and strong communication skills. This individual will be expected to lead and develop multiple assembly crews in a competitive, innovative environment to drive program success. They will demonstrate high levels of self-motivation and problem-solving skills. The role requires collaboration within a team while maintaining the ability to work with limited supervision.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma minimum; college, military, or technical training preferred
• Minimum of five (5+) years of experience managing multiple subcontractors and assembly personnel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
• Ability to interpret project documents and drawings and build to specifications

Additional training will be provided.
