Job Title: Plastics Production Supervisor and Assistant Supervisor

20/20 Custom Molded Plastics is seeking experienced Production Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors to join our team in Covington, GA. These positions report directly to the Plant Manager and the Manufacturing Manager. The ideal candidate must be capable of:

1. Supervising and coordinating activities of production operators, tenders, drivers, and support staff.
2. Initiating start-ups and adjustments to machinery, and assisting with programming.
3. Training operators and tenders in all required production tasks.
4. Identifying materials and adhering to customer-specific job requirements.
5. Mentoring and leading the team positively.
6. Overseeing production systems, reporting on performance, and implementing improvements. Troubleshooting complex issues.
7. Enforcing company standards, procedures, and safety protocols, ensuring product quality and reliability.
8. Promoting high standards and techniques for efficient production, quality, and safety.
9. Possessing extensive knowledge of different plastics, including structural foam.
