  • PMP Certification and experience with DoD related procurement transactions preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage enterprise level programs and portfolios through administrative support, data analysis, tracking and reporting.
  • Oversee and support project execution through coordination of program/portfolio plans, data analysis, reporting and education.
  • Interact regularly with faculty, staff, and vendors and provide counsel as needed.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned programs throughout project life-cycle within scope, quality, time and cost constraints.
  • Compile and respond to data requests to inform recommendations addressing Institute challenges.
  • Develop data analysis, financial modeling, and benchmarking for project requests and initiatives.

Job Summary

Manage enterprise level programs and portfolios through administrative support, data analysis, tracking and reporting. Oversee and support project execution through continual coordination of program/portfolio plans, data analysis, reporting and education. This position will interact on a regular basis with: faculty, staff, and vendors. This position typically will advise and counsel: faculty, staff and vendors.

Responsibilities
Job Duty 1

Manage all aspects of assigned programs throughout project life-cycle to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, and time and cost constraints

Job Duty 2

Compile and respond to data requests to facilitate the development of recommendations to address/resolve potential and existing Institute and unit-level challenges

Job Duty 3

Develop data analysis, financial modeling, and bench-marking for project requests and initiatives

Job Duty 4

Design, develop and maintain tools and processes for portfolio management and enterprise-level tracking

Job Duty 5

Assist in creation and delivery of materials for project/program management education and mentoring

Job Duty 6

Perform other duties as assigned

Educational Requirements
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Experience

Five to seven years of job related experience

Additional Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience with DoD related procurement transactions

Compensation

  • Salary range is dependent on candidates experiences and skills that ranges from $74,966.00 - $101,955.00.
