Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor risks, quality, scope, technical and financials; resolve issues.
• Manage engineering changes affecting program profit and loss.
• Communicate resource requirements and expectations with managers.
• Adapt to changing responsibilities and workload.

Job Description

As a member of the Seating Program Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of a program launch through strong leadership, excellent organizational skills and clear communication with internal and external disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage program timelines by directing, coordinating, and communicating to all functional groups assigned to the program as well as customer functional groups and platform teams
• Conduct planning activities to ensure programs launch on-time and meet deliverables
• Monitor timing, quality, scope, technical and financial risks and issues on assigned program, resolving risks where possible
• Managing engineering changes for profit and loss of your program
• Work with functional managers to communicate resource requirements and expectations
• Remain flexible to changing responsibilities and workload adjustments

Your Qualifications
