What You Will Do
- Support development and maintenance of program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project, based on requirements and scope provided by the customer.
- Detail plan and maintain the IMS throughout the program’s lifecycle, incorporating contractual and programmatic changes to keep realistic, current contract schedule baselines.
- Ensure the IMS is compliant with government customer requirements across all program phases.
- Ensure the IMS is resource loaded for applicable scope with target budgets and demonstrates thorough cost and schedule integration.
- Lead and conduct detailed performance capture and analysis of the IMS and supporting documents to ensure quality, completeness, and compliance.
- Support Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Life‑Cycle Rate Estimation (LRE) processes as they relate to the Program IMS.
- Lead the development and maintenance of the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.
- Mentor and train junior planners.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of Program Planning, Scheduling, or Project Management experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience.
- Experience using scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).
- Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and workflow.
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
- U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance with DoD Clearance: Secret, active and existing clearance required after day 1.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
- Experience in Agile planning and execution.
- Experience leading planning effort on a program with external EV reporting and DFARS EV clause invoked.
- Experience with DCMA and JSA audit.
- Experience with integration of subcontractors and operations into program plans, schedules and financial tracking.

- Salary range: $107,500 USD – $204,500 USD (good faith estimate).
