Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Palmdale, CA seeks a Manager Program Planning 2 to lead day-to-day technical integration and program planning efforts. The role is full-time and on-site with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of related experience; OR a Master's degree with 7 years of related experience.
• Active US Government Top Secret clearance (or able to obtain).
• Ability to obtain/maintain SAP access via PAR prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical integration authority on Product Support tasking for multiple program organizations.
• Provide technical leadership, direction, and mentoring to team members.
• Coordinate with other integration leaders to share and align best practices.
• Maintain cognizance of industry best practices, USG guidance to influence SOWs and stay a leader in program management and technical integration.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Global Supply Chain, Program/Project Management and others to ensure high-quality analyses on schedule.
• Formally present technical status, solutions, risks, and opportunities to leadership and customers.
