Job summary

RTX is seeking a program planning professional for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. The successful candidate will develop, maintain, and analyze the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a Navy program using MS Project, aligning with contract scope and government requirements.

Responsibilities include schedule variance analysis, critical path reviews, EAC/LRE support, and master phasing using Milestones Professional. Onsite, relocation available, salary disclosed by RTX.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and minimum of 2 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience.
• Experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry related schedules (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Onsite support to develop and maintain the IMS in MS Project based on customer requirements.
• Detail plan and maintain the IMS through the program lifecycle.
• Ensure IMS complies with government requirements throughout all phases.
• Resource load IMS with target budgets and integrate cost/schedule data.
• Analyze IMS and related docs; communicate schedule status to leadership and customers.
• Support EAC and LRE processes as they relate to the IMS.
• Develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional.
