Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Manager 2 to join its Roy, UT team. You will lead EVMS-compliant scheduling for Sentinel (GBSD) program, coordinating across division operations and ensuring alignment with IPMDAR deliverables.

The role requires experience with MS Project Server and Oracle Primavera P6, strong leadership, and a track record in program management. On-site work with limited travel is expected, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field; 8+ years experience; or 12 years with HS Diploma in lieu of degree.
• 1+ years experience with Microsoft Project and/or Oracle Primavera P6.
• Experience and application of Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Minimum 6 years experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule.
• Experience in program management/execution and closeout.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, implement and improve EVMS scheduling processes across all segment operations.
• Lead analyst team supporting Digital Transformation, tool optimization, training for program support personnel, and IPMDAR delivery.
• Ensure scheduling implementation meets reporting requirements and provide metrics-driven insights.
• Provide day-to-day support to assigned segment team with guidance and troubleshooting.
• Advise on integrating project schedules with Earned Value Management and support reviews and audits.
