You will work with cross-functional teams, translate performance data into action plans, support contract negotiations, and keep stakeholders informed of expected results and feasibility.

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for managing performance guarantees for pharma and pharmacy program clients. They serve as the business subject matter expert on the performance and financial aspects of those clients' contracts. They are responsible for understanding how Outcomes is performing against client performance expectations and financial targets and implementing strategies to ensure strong results on both fronts.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum years of work experience: 2 years IN health care field
• Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors Degree
