Job summary

Outcomes® is seeking a results-driven professional to manage performance guarantees for a subset of tier 2-4 clients. You will serve as the business’s SME on the performance and financial aspects of those contracts and implement strategies to drive strong results on both fronts.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing performance guarantees for a subset of tier 2-4 clients. They serve as the business’s subject matter expert on the performance and financial aspects of those clients’ contracts. They are responsible for understanding how we’re performing against client performance expectations and financial targets and implementing strategies to ensure strong results on both fronts. Individuals in this role may also serve as process owners for performance initiatives the span the entire department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Education & Experience Requirements

• Minimum years of work experience: 2 years IN health care field
• Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors Degree

• Frequent sitting in stationary position at a desk

• Occasional twisting of body
