Job summary

RXinsider LTD. seeks a results-driven professional to manage performance guarantees for a subset of tier 2-4 clients, serving as the SME on both performance and financial aspects of those contracts.

You will diagnose performance barriers, develop action plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strong results and feasible negotiations across the business.

Travel up to 10% may be required to coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; minimum 2 years in health care field.
• Applies working knowledge of concepts, principles and technical capabilities.
• Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity.
• Identifies solutions and takes action to resolve issues within defined parameters.
• Travel requirements up to 10% (domestic and/or international).

Responsibilities

• Understand in detail how performance aligns with client contracts and diagnose barriers.
• Develop action plans to meet performance goals and coordinate with teams to execute.
• Serve as expert on performance barriers affecting assigned clients.
• Collaborate with account management to support client conversations.
• Coordinate with finance to communicate expected performance.
• Inform contract negotiations by coordinating with sales on performance feasibility.
