Outcomes® is seeking a results-driven professional to manage performance guarantees for a subset of tier 2-4 clients. You will serve as the business’s SME on the performance and financial aspects of those contracts and implement strategies to drive strong results on both fronts.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose performance barriers, develop action plans, and support contract negotiations with sales and account management while coordinating with finance on expected

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in health care field
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Domestic and/or international travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Understand in detail how we’re performing against client contracts, diagnose performance barriers and develop action plans to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to execute on performance action plans.
• Serve as expert on performance barriers impacting assigned clients.
• Collaborate with account management teams to support conversations with clients.
• Coordinate with finance to communicate expected performance.
• Inform contract negotiations by coordinating with sales teams on performance feasibility.
