Job summary

Beatrice Loving Heart is seeking a qualified Supervisor to manage daily operations and facilitate the Agency’s requirements. This position requires a developed leader with strong supervisory experience, knowledge of the DDA program, and ability to work in a team environment.

The Supervisor will oversee operations, manage risks, and ensure compliance while supporting HR in onboarding new hires. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance options, and company equipment provision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years experience as a direct supervisor of employees.
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of quality and risk management.
• Experience in coordinating services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all operations and processes while looking for improvement opportunities.
• Anticipates and tracks operational risks, providing strategic solutions.
• Manages a caseload schedule to ensure proper coverage.
