Job summary

Summer Search Seattle is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator to enable high‑quality programming. You will coordinate summer experiences, manage travel logistics, and support outreach and partnerships with schools and community partners.

The role emphasizes data integrity in Salesforce, process improvements, and collaboration with site leadership to ensure smooth operations and student engagement.

Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years in operational or non-profit program roles serving youth.
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Ability to run multiple workstreams and coordinate teams.
• ADAPTABILITY: Flexible, solution-oriented and curious when facing challenges.
• ACCOUNTABILITY: Responsible for processes, decisions, and results.
• TEAMWORK AND COLLABORATION: Foster dialogue and trust across stakeholders.
• CULTURAL HUMILITY: Lead with empathy and inclusivity for diverse communities.
• TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Familiarity with databases; Salesforce is a plus.
• LANGUAGE SKILLS: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Summer Experience logistics for 130+ students across 2–4 week programs.
• Plan outreach, recruit 80+ high school sophomores and manage materials.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity and generate program reports.
• Collaborate with site leadership to improve operational processes.
