SERCO of Texas, Inc. seeks an One Stop Program Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of WIOA Adult, WIOA DW, CHOICES, SNAP, NCP, and RESEA teams. You will ensure services meet policies, contractual requirements, and quality standards while guiding staff and promoting continuous improvement.

Working with the Productivity Manager, you will monitor workflows, provide coaching, and prepare performance reports to drive results and resolve service delivery challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in workforce development or related programs.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare management reports.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local regulations governing workforce programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
