Job summary

Raytheon, a leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a Program Operations Manager in Andover, MA to coordinate programs across Global Supply Chain, Subcontracts, and Engineering while driving on-time delivery to allied customers.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. You will manage complex schedules, monitor action items, and work with multiple functions to improve repair turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Leadership experience supporting cross-functional teams.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination and execution of program schedules with Global Supply Chain Management, Subcontracts, Engineering, and other functional areas.
• Support efforts to establish and ensure all actions are in place to support our customer commitments.
• Coordinate, drive and mitigate accountability across our business teams and accelerate across cross-functional teams.
• Reduce our Repair Turn Around Time.
