Job summary

Lithic is hiring a Solutions Engineer to design and deliver technical product solutions for our card issuing platform. You will be the technical bridge between Lithic and our clients, owning relationships from pre-sale through implementation and optimization.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and banks to ensure regulatory compliance and robust integrations, translating complex technical details into clear business value for fintechs and enterprises alike.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture in a customer-facing tech role.
• 3–5 years in FinTech, payments, or financial services technologies.
• Strong understanding of APIs and translating technical concepts into business insight.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfort with cross-functional collaboration and working in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to a portfolio of strategic clients through the full lifecycle.
• Develop deep expertise in Lithic's APIs, card issuing workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Guide clients through integration decisions and architecture considerations.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Product, and Engineering to shape proposals and collect feedback.
