Job summary

NuPath, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to join our team in Lowell, MA. This full-time role supports individuals with disabilities, coordinating daily activities and managing relief staffing and scheduling.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's in Psychology or related field (or 2 years experience in lieu), a valid MA/NH driver’s license, CPR/First Aid and MAP certification, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field; 2 years of experience in the field will be considered in lieu of degree.
• CPR, First Aid, Prevent and MAP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Relate, teach, and further develop skills with the people served; engage with household members’ families.
• Coordinate relief coverage; maintain a pool of qualified relief staff; orient/train relief staff and oversee staff scheduling.
• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff, work study & other student interns.
• Teach daily living skills, administer medications and train individuals in self-med procedures; communicate and document needs for medical, dental, and psych appointments or issues.
• Coordinate residential activities and assist with all aspects of program management and operations.
