Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in program management or related roles.
• Experience in complex cross-functional hardware/software development.
• Strong planning skills for schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, tracking, and execution of complex product development programs.
• Develop integrated program schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Drive change management, resource planning, risk management, and phase-gate readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure timely deliverables.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to show program health and risks.
• Standardize and improve PMO processes across programs.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Support scalable program-management infrastructure as the organization grows.
