Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Program Operations Lead to help clients grow and transition by analyzing operations and guiding improvements. You will lead discussions with stakeholders and engineers to map current structures and identify better practices.

The role requires 5+ years in military or government environments, coordinating across multiple organizations, and preparing senior leaders for briefings and decisions. A Secret clearance is required and a relevant bachelor's degree.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience working in military headquarters or policy environments

Nice If You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in an operational role

  • Experience briefing senior leaders or executives

  • Experience with interagency, joint, or multinational environments

  • Experience in project management or as a staff officer

  • Knowledge of organizational hierarchy and decision-making processes

  • Knowledge of staff processes, task management systems, and organizational policy compliance

  • Ability to be adaptable in ambiguous and fast-paced environments

  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and time-management skills

  • Master's degree in a relevant field

  • Project management or change management certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
