Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Intel Integrator, Senior to fuse ISR inputs across GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT and other sources to deliver integrated operational insights to decision-makers.

You will coordinate with analysts, planners and operators, identify intelligence gaps, shape collection priorities, and deliver actionable insights for planning and targeting. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor’s with 14+ years or a Master’s with 10+ years in intelligence planning.

Qualifications

  • Experience with ISR operations or collection management.
  • Experience integrating intelligence inputs across GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, or OSINT.
  • Experience developing intelligence requirements or identifying intelligence gaps to support mission planning and targeting.
  • Experience assessing threat networks, behavior patterns, or adversary operational approaches.
  • Knowledge of intelligence reporting standards, quality-control procedures, and validation methods.
  • Ability to synthesize complex intelligence into clear, actionable insights for planners and operators.
  • TS/SCI clearance.

The Opportunity:

On our team, you will fuse multi‑discipline intelligence—GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and other sources to deliver integrated operational insights that inform decision‑makers across the mission. You will coordinate with analysts, planners, and operators to ensure the intelligence picture accurately supports planning, targeting, and ongoing operations. You will identify intelligence gaps, develop requirements, and shape collection priorities that align with mission needs. You will assess threat networks, behaviors, and patterns to highlight vulnerabilities, risks, and opportunities for operational advantage. You will synchronize intelligence activities across joint, interagency, and partner organizations while validating, synthesizing, and quality‑checking reporting to ensure accuracy and operational relevance.

You Have:
  • Experience with Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations or collection management

  • Experience integrating or fusing intelligence inputs across multiple disciplines, such as GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, or OSINT

  • Experience developing intelligence requirements or identifying intelligence gaps to support mission planning and targeting

  • Experience assessing threat networks, behavior patterns, or adversary operational approaches

  • Knowledge of intelligence reporting standards, quality‑control procedures, and validation methods

  • Ability to synthesize complex intelligence into clear, actionable insights for planners and operators

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor’s and 14+ years of experience supporting intelligence planning or Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience supporting intelligence planning

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience developing or leading intelligence fusion cells, targeting teams, or operational planning groups

  • Experience at the CCMD or Military Service level

  • Knowledge of joint intelligence processes, targeting workflows, and operational planning frameworks

  • Ability to coordinate intelligence activities across joint, interagency, and partner organizations

  • Master’s degree in a related field

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
