Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field.
• One year of experience in the area.
• Equivalent knowledge/experience may substitute year-for-year.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive administrative and operational support division-wide.
• Monitor budgets and prepare budget amendments as directed.
• Coordinate division-wide documents, approvals and workflows.
• Assist with contracts, grants, MOUs and procurement processes.
• Maintain organized tracking systems for budgets, purchasing and personnel actions.
• Communicate with internal and external parties to support operations.
