Job summary

DeKalb Public Health is seeking a Program Operations Specialist to provide executive-level administrative and operational support to the Director of Community Health. You will coordinate budgets, grants, contracts, and division-wide processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

The role targets someone with an Associate degree in business and at least one year of related experience, with strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities confidentially.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive administrative and operational support to the Division Director.
• Monitor division budgets and assist with budget entries.
• Coordinate procurement, purchasing, and contract processes.
• Maintain division-wide documents and workflow calendars.
• Prepare and review agency-wide documents for accuracy and approvals.
