The role emphasizes fast, professional, and friendly customer service, with a focus on learning new technology and staying organized across multiple systems while supporting a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication with strong spelling, grammar, and professional email etiquette.
• Strong typing and quick accuracy for high-volume inquiries.
• Experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle primary email and phone communications with families.
• Maintain office operations and data accuracy.
• Support registrations, rosters, schedules, and events.
• Assist with technology platforms and reporting.
• Support Saturdays on-site operations.
